Terms of Service for Electronic Services

1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the website available at deyee.eu (hereinafter: the “Website”) and the conditions for the provision of electronic services within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
The service provider and owner of the Website is ALGREN SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Olsztyn, ul. 2. Type and scope of services
Through the Website the Service Provider provides the following electronic services free of charge:
- making informational content and product presentations (Deyee therapeutic robots) available for browsing,
- providing a contact form enabling you to submit an enquiry and schedule a robot demonstration,
- providing an interactive return-on-investment (ROI) calculator that is purely illustrative and non-binding.
The Website does not carry out online sales and does not allow the creation of a user account.
3. Technical requirements
Proper use of the Website requires:
- a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser,
- JavaScript support enabled,
- in the case of the form – an active e-mail address and phone number.
Using functions based on cookies may require their acceptance to the extent described in the Cookie Policy.
4. Conditions for providing and terminating the agreement
The agreement for the provision of electronic services is concluded upon starting to use a given service (e.g. entering the site or submitting the form) and is provided free of charge. Content-browsing services are continuous in nature and may be ended at any time by leaving the Website. The contact form service is one-off in nature and ends upon its submission.
5. Use of the contact form
The user undertakes to provide truthful data in the form and not to supply content of an unlawful nature. Submitting the form requires acceptance of the indicated consents. The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Copyright
The Website’s content (texts, graphics, photographs, video materials, logos) is subject to legal protection and constitutes the property of the Service Provider or of the entities with which the Service Provider cooperates. Copying, distributing or using the content without the Service Provider’s consent is not permitted, except for the permitted use provided for by law.
7. Complaints
Complaints regarding the functioning of the electronic services can be submitted to kontakt@deyee.eu. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details. The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and will inform you of how it was resolved at the e-mail address provided.
8. Personal data and cookies
The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are set out in separate documents: the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, available on the Website.
9. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons; changes take effect upon publication of the updated text on the Website.
