Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are saved on your device when you visit websites. They help us remember your preferences and make using our site more convenient.
Who is the controller?
The controller of the website and of the data collected via cookies is ALGREN SP. Z O.O., ul. Aleja Obrońców Tobruku 7, 10-092 Olsztyn, KRS: 0000835284, NIP: 7393938817, contact: kontakt@deyee.eu.
What cookies do we use?
Strictly necessary (always active)
These cookies are essential for the website to work properly. Without them we could not remember your choice regarding cookies, your selected language or colour mode (light/dark). They do not collect any personal data and cannot be disabled.
- deyee_cookie_consent (local storage) – remembers your choice regarding cookies
- deyee_consent_id (local storage) – a random consent identifier that anonymously links your decision in the register of consents (it does not allow you to be identified)
- NEXT_LOCALE (cookie) – remembers the selected site language
- theme (local storage) – remembers the selected colour mode (light/dark)
Analytics (optional)
These help us understand how visitors use our site – which sections are most popular and how we can improve it. All data is anonymous and aggregated – we do not identify individual persons.
Marketing (optional)
These allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising activities and to reach people with tailored messaging on external services. We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These files are loaded only after you have given marketing consent – before it is given they are not loaded at all.
Legal basis
We use strictly necessary cookies on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), because without them the site could not function properly. We use analytics and marketing cookies solely on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
How to manage cookies?
You have full control over cookies. The easiest way is to use the panel on our site – click “Cookie settings” in the footer to grant, change or withdraw consent for individual categories at any time. The “Accept” and “Reject” buttons carry equal weight, and withdrawing consent is just as easy as giving it.
You can also manage cookies in your browser settings:
- Chrome – Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Firefox – Settings → Privacy & Security
- Safari – Preferences → Privacy
- Edge – Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works – for example, we will not remember your selected language.
Register of consents
In order to demonstrate that consent was given (the accountability principle – Article 5(2) and Article 7 GDPR), we record consent events (granting, changing, withdrawing) in a register maintained using the Make platform (Make.com, processing within the European Union). The register contains: a random consent identifier, the scope of the consent, the policy version, the date and time of the decision, the site language, the browser type, and an irreversibly hashed digest of the IP address – never the raw IP address. Entries are kept for a period of up to 5 years for accountability purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it and object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
